As the Chief Executive Officer for Invicta Consulting, she worked for the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) and created the review process allowing 192 Local Education Authorities (LEA’s) to apply for additional funding through the Academic Recovery and Acceleration Plans. She led a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with over 8,000 encounters, successfully completed their Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) review operational site visit without findings, facilitated retreats for the internal board of directors and external partners to create their 3-year strategic plan, and streamlined departmental processes.
Dr. Rutledge attended Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College (2000 and 2002), Northcentral University (2016), and Louisiana State University (2016). Her dissertation was titled, “What Do Teachers Know About Differentiated Instruction”.
Dr. Rutledge was born in Panamá. She enjoys serving as an Executive Coach, mentoring, and traveling. She is a member of True Vine Baptist Church where she has been a Sunday school teacher for 23 years. Dr. Rutledge is happily married to Attorney Domoine D. Rutledge and together they have two sons, Darren, and Dillon Rutledge.
